If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you require additional assistance, you must contact the postal service. We are not liable for delivered packages, packages accepted by other household members, packages destroyed by personal pets or neighborhood animals, or packages which have been damaged, rifled through or lost. Please contact their toll-free number. The postal service will take your information, including name, shipping address, tracking number along with any additional shipping/delivery information you may have. They will then assign you with a case number and a postal representative will contact you further.
