Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping is FREE within the United States. If you would like Priority Mail or Express shipping, contact me (additional charges will apply). I do not ship or process orders on weekends. I try to ship within 5-7 business days after payment is completed. There are times where it may take longer, such as when I am having sales or if you have a large order. Please keep in mind all orders are personally crafted by myself alone and with great care.

I ship to the address provided on the order. Be sure to verify your address is correct. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

International Buyers: I claim full value on shipments, so be prepared to pay extra Customs/Import fees associated with your purchase. There are several Countries I only ship via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. If you happen to be one of these Countries, I will contact you. Feel free to contact me if you are unsure about shipping.

Various US agencies have restrictions in place that regulate or ban all trade with certain countries. I do not ship to Countries with embargo restrictions; including, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria. I also do not ship to Mexico as they do not allow the importation of jewelry. If your Country has importation restrictions, I reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment. If your Country has certain importation requirements, it is your duty to inform me of these requirements before shipping. All international shipments require a phone number, so if that is not included in your paypal information, please email it to me. I declare full value on all International Shipments, so be prepared for paying additional Customs/Import fees.

Due to importation restrictions, I am no longer shipping to Africa, Mexico, South America, Hungary and several other Countries in Europe. Many shipments outside of the US will require an upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, which is an additional fee. Other than Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, or India, please contact me before your purchase to see if I ship to your Country.

All International Buyers: I highly urge you to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail for your package to reach you in the safest manner. Please contact me before or after your purchase to discuss additional fees.

First Class International orders, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. I am not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages. I suggest an upgrade to Express Mail if you are concerned about these issues.

The tracking numbers provided by USPS can give a general idea of where your package may be it does not always reflect its status. Often times it does not update tracking until after your package has been delivered.

*Lost, Stolen, or Mis-delivered Shipments:

USPS failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:

*I’m not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer.
*I am unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
*If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering.
