Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Something Underneath specializes in lingerie that reflects the elegance, grace and beauty in a woman. We carry a wide range of tasteful products that encourage women of all sizes to be comfortable and confident with who they are underneath, both in and out of the bedroom.

Shipping policy

All items are shipped discreetly in plain packages for your privacy. In stock orders ship the same day until 4PM EST. Other items usually ship in 1 business day.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. It is the responsibility of the buyer that all items purchased are legal to be imported into their country. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won’t under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) if you wish to initiate a return or exchange. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by our return form completed in its entirety.

Due to health regulations, any item covering intimate areas CANNOT be returned under any circumstances once opened. This includes, but is not limited to, panties, thongs, g-strings, hosiery, swimwear, bra sets and teddies. Sales are also final on face masks or shapewear and opened prepackaged items such as stockings and other boxed items. Please see the item’s description to see if it is eligible for return/exchange.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original product packaging. No claims on used goods. This includes: soiled (with dirt, makeup, etc.), worn, damaged or laundered items, items with the tags removed, items that smell of perfume, smoke, or other odors, or items in otherwise used condition. Lingerie sets must be complete. Incomplete sets will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping costs will not be refunded for returns or exchanges. The cost of re-shipping merchandise for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds requested for items that were shipped with free shipping are subject to a non-refundable handling fee up to $5.95. Costumes returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Something Underneath reserves the right to refuse items for return or exchange that do not meet the above requirements. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns or exchanges. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Under rare circumstances, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 5 days after receipt of goods. We will be happy to exchange your item free of charge, including shipping costs. Please note we will only exchange the same item/same size of the original item shipped. If a non-defective item is returned, a 20% restocking fee and our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
