Our aluminum and powder coating is manufactured in the USA ensuring you receive a superior quality product. Veterinarian recommended as superior in quality; sturdiness; superior design and being the most colorful. We use all black hardware along with the various colors which bring out the beauty of our dog wheelchairs. Our rear wheel pet wheelchairs are suitable for dogs with limited or no mobility in their hind legs. Our dog wheelchairs make it easy for your dog to maneuver while keeping him/her stable; active; happy and healthy.
Shipping policy
We ship within 1-2 business days from order using USPS Priority Mail. All shipments are sent with a signature confirmation. Please do not sign for any damaged packages. If a delivery is damaged refuse delivery and contact us ASAP for replacement. By signing for a delivery this confirms the shipment was received undamaged.
Once a package is in transit with the carrier we have no control over delivery delays or issues. Delays are the responsibility of the carrier. If there is an issue please contact the carrier.

Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsThere is a 14 day return policy on this item. After return is approved an RMA number will be issued. After the return is authorized and a RMA number issued the buyer has 5 business days to have the return at the carrier and in transit back to us with the tracking number given to the seller. If not in transit within the 5 business days or the tracking number is not given to us or refused to be given to us then this will void the return ad any refund with the return being refused and sent back to the buyer.
