Perfume Gallery, Inc. is a family-owned store located in Baltimore, Maryland. Our website is @ www.perfumeg.com, where we have sold thousands of brand-name fragrances and beauty products since 2000. We take great pride in our authentic fragrances just as much as we cherish our loyal customers. We endeavor to provide an excellent customer experience and are always open to working with you to negotiate prices and offer discounts. Please browse through our items and feel free to inquire about anything you don’t see but would like to purchase. Chances are, we have got it!

Shipping policy

Shipping is on us! We currently ship only in the domestic United States via various standard, economic, and expedited services. Free shipping is offered through USPS economic service. For your convenience, other USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping options are also available. All shipments will be accompanied by a tracking number. We also provide free local pickup. Upon payment, we ship most items (as early as) the same or (as latest as) the next business day. Our practice is to keep you personally informed throughout the entire process.

Return policy

We offer only the highest quality products and stand behind our products as we stand behind our customers. However, if you’re not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to refund the product price within 60 days of receipt of your purchase.

For any refund, the following conditions must be met (some are on us!):
(1) The ?t?m must b? ?ln (i.e. there should be no scratches, cracks, dirt marks, ?t?.).

(4) Please contact us before returning an item to get a RMA number. Any return without a RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
(5) All returns should be accompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our shipping address.
(6) Shipping and handling charges will be paid by us.
(7) No restocking fee will be applied to any returns.
