Special Note to buyers on wedding/bridal gown purchases – The approximate measurements provided on the product listing page are according to the tag and the manufacturer’s size chart. Wedding dresses do not fit like our regular clothing. They are designed to fit the body. Our regular clothing has easing effect. this means that it has extra fabric to gives us room to move and wiggle around. Wedding dresses DO NOT have easing. They run smaller than our regular clothing. That is why it is very important to pay attention to measurements rather than size. Size is an arbitrary number and it will vary according to manufacturer. Each company uses their own size chart. Ninety-Eight percent of the brides will not fit the size chart. All gowns will need some form of alterations. It’s easier to take in a gown than to let it out. When you are in doubt if the gown will fit you, please ask. Don’t assume your size. Please get help so you don’t have to pay for unnecessary alterations.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within the United States): Buyer pays fixed shipping and handling fees. Please refer to domestic shipping section for rates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR 48 Contiguous United States including Alaska and Hawaii ONLY!
No off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.
Please Note: We do NOT ship to APO or FPO Addresses

For regular domestic shipping within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail at our discretion depending on the size of your order. If you need an item delivered by a certain time, please contact us prior to purchase for shipping fees and scheduling.


For large shipments, special orders or combine shipping, we may use UPS (United Parcel Service) at our discretion depending on the size of your order.

Credit card payments by PayPal ONLY. For security reasons, shipment of item will be to buyer’s confirmed address provided by PayPal ONLY.

PalaceBridals guarantee every item you buy to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the item that you have purchased, please return the item within 7 days in the same condition you have received for replacement or refund.

Please examine the package before removing/breaking the security seal and opening the clear plastic wrap. Once the seal is opened/tampered/removed and the plastic wrap is open in any way, it would be treated as “OPENED” and a used item.

All OPENED wedding, bridal and evening apparel (wedding gowns, bridal gowns, evening gowns, clearance gowns, sample gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, flower girl dresses) returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

All other OPENED wedding/bridal accessories (crinolines/petticoats, wedding veils, bridal garment bags, headpieces/tiaras, garters, bridal gloves, guest books, ring pillows, wedding albums, pen sets, flower girl baskets, etc.) returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge or $5 minimum, whichever is greater. Buyer pays return shipping. All exchanges are subject to product availability and stock on hand.

If buyer request a different product, buyer will have to pay for the price difference. For exchanges, you are responsible for the Shipping fees of returning the item to us as well as the Shipping fees of the new item being shipped to you.

Refund or exchange will be granted once the item has been returned, inspected, and deemed that no damage or alterations have been made. Please contact us prior to sending in your return or exchange.

All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to be process.

Returns/exchanges without a RMA# will be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows sign of usage or damage by Buyer due to misuse or accident.

All return merchandise must be carefully packed and insured to avoid any lost or damages during the shipping process.

No consideration of refund or exchange will be accepted regardless of circumstance after 7 days of receiving item(s).

1. You must notify us within two days of receiving the item (verified by tracking information) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Email us [email protected] to request an RMA number.

2. Upon receipt of your RMA#, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days of issuance of RMA number. Return merchandise must arrive back at our facility within 7 days of issuance of RMA number. We recommend that the buyer use a courier with tracking information.

3. We will refund or exchange the item exclusive of delivery charges.

4. All exchanges are subject to product availability and stock on hand. If buyer request a different product, buyer will have to pay for the price difference.
