Shipping policy
I ship 1 business days after receiving cleared payment. Most items are sent 1st Class USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Over 16 oz. I send USPS Priority Mail.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for details If you don’t want to buy used lingerie, remember….no one else does either. So..my return policy is rather strict and must be adhered to strictly. Nothing beyond what you would expect, if you were the seller. Return: 1.Seller must be contacted first, within 3 days of receipt. And item sent back with 7 days of receipt. (Please don’t order if you are planning to be on a trip the day it should arrive. Just order at another time.) 2. Item must be unworn, with tags attached. 3. No smoke, or other strong odors, no animal or human hair, no stains, no pulled elastic or broken seams (from trying them on too small) , no deodorant marks. 4.Must be in the same condition as received. Folded and put in the clear plastic bag, it came in. Keep any free gift5.Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 6.Original Shipping is Not Refundable; If item was Free Ship, $4.00 per item( $6.65 for pajama’s )returned will be deducted from Refund PLEASE KNOW YOUR ACTUAL PHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS….Habitual returner’s will be blocked from buying 7. If item is not returned as requested, buyer is responsible to pay shipping, to have original item returned back to them. Item will only be held 30 days, then donated to charity.
