About US:

We started 30+ years ago selling in a local craft show in the city that we lived in and then ventured off into craft malls from 1992 to 2015. At one time we were in 50+ different craft malls all over the USA.

During this transition of getting out of craft malls we had a website design for our Business – Nannie and B’s Crafts. In November of 2024, we will be on-line for 15 years.

We are down to a 1 person shop…My Dad cut out all our wood until he suddenly passed away on Sept 22nd, 2014. Since and My mom who help out passed away on Oct 18th 2022. Mr Ed helps cut out all our wood for my craft products.

We have our hands full with orders on our own business website, ETSY, EBAY and several other sites as well. I am not taking on any Custom or Special Order requests on any site that we sell items on. Thank you for understanding..

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We take great care to make sure our pictures are an accurate representation of the item(s) you will be receiving. However, many of our items are handmade, slight variations may occur.

Shipping policy

We ship by either USPS Priority Mail ,UPS and USPS First Class mail. Every package that is mail is sent where we can confirm that it was received.

We ship within the United States Only.

Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business day of payment clearing… date of sale does not count. ( Business Days are week days MONDAY – FRIDAY, This does NOT include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS) most of the time the shipping will be much sooner depending upon how many orders we are currently working on at the time your order is placed.

We sell on many different sites. Many of the items that we have listed, we may actually have more available. If you would like to purchase more than the quantity available, please contact me via email or message and we will be happy to check our inventory for you.

It’s possible that on occasion an item listed available may be out of stock.

If this should happen we will credit your account back for the missing item to your original form of payment.
