Production Process & Dispatch Time

General shipping
- All products are proudly printed in the United States.
- Orders print and ship Monday-Saturday.
- Some items may ship separately.

Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:

“Estimated fulfillment + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time”

- All our products are made as ordered and printed on demand just for you, so they will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.
- Most Products Usually Ships Out Within 7-15 Days.

Please Note: In Holidays (Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas …) Shipping time maybe addition 3-5 days. 

We offer free shipping for US customers and low flat rate shipping for International customers for a flat rate of: $7.99.

Estimated production times by product, when we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

- Apparel and Bags: 2-5 business days
- Mugs: 1-3 business days
- Posters: 1-2 business days
- Phone cases: 1-3 business days
- Embroidered hats & beanies: 5-10 business days

  • Orders with 5+ units will take slightly longer than the production times listed above

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do you ship internationally?
– Yes, we do. You can use your local credit card to make transactions.
Can I change the destination country, change the shipping address within the same country, province, or city of my order?
– Yes, we can accept modification requests only before the production begins. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

How will I know my order has shipped?
– You will receive a shipping notification email, along with a shipment tracking number, once your order is ready to be shipped. Estimated times 2 -5 working days, for print-on-demand products, like customized blankets, this is usually after 5 -7 working days since placing the order.
– The tracking details would be updated with the respective shipping partner within 48 hours of you receiving the email.

My tracking data is not updated yet, even though I received the tracking number. Why?
– As mentioned above, the tracking data is updated within 1-2 days of you receiving the email with tracking number. For orders within the US, that’s typically 7 days after order processing.
– For international orders, it may take up to 10 days for the tracking data to be updated after order processing.
– If your tracking data is not updated even after 7 days (for US orders) or 10 days (for international orders), then please contact us. We would be happy to help you.

Will there be any delays in my order’s delivery?
We strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Therefore, we have made suitable arrangements to deliver all orders on time. However, there may be some delays in order fulfilment due to Force Majeure that are beyond our control. Here are some factors that may cause delays:
- Holidays – High volume of orders during the US and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, can lead to production delays.
- International Orders – While we can ensure prompt production and shipping from our end, we do not have control over local government regulations. If your order is subjected to customs processes, it may encounter a slight delay, which can extend the fulfilment time.
– Issues with design files
– Products being out of stock
– Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions.

I have not received my package, what should I do?
– We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days. If you still haven’t received your order, get in touch with us, we’ll check your order status, and let you know how to proceed. We urge you to place your orders at least 30 days before the gifting occasion, be it a Mother’s Day gift, Father’s Day gift, or other gift.
– If your product has not arrived in time, please verify with your nearest post office once. In most cases, the shipment is sitting there due to missed deliveries.

At this time we only ship within the United States: We offer free shipping for US customers.

– For orders destined for the USA, they will be shipped using USPS services. Tracking information will be provided 1-2 days after production and packaging are completed.

– For orders with shipping addresses in the EU and Worldwide, they will be shipped using Royal Mail services. Tracking numbers will be generated, but the tracking information will only become active once the packages arrive at the EU and Worldwide distribution center and are scanned.

Return policy

We understand that our customers shop with us for gifts – such as shirt, personalized blankets, customized wall art, and so on – that have sentimental value for them and their loved ones. Naturally, we do our best to make everything perfect for you.

We are committed to providing you with quality products. As part of this commitment, we have designed this Refund & Replacement Policy.

Defects and Quality Issues
- If you find any defects or quality issues with your product, please bring our attention to it immediately after receiving your package. You may send us an contact with an attached picture of the product.
- If the issue satisfies our acceptability of quality conditions, we will replace your order. Please bear in mind that print-on-demand products like customized may take the same amount of time as the original order to be reshiped.

Acceptability of Quality Conditions for Replacement

If you find any defects with your products as below, please bring our attention to it within 7 days since you received the product by contacting us.

Then, please fulfil one of the following conditions:

Design Error
- Wrong design on the product compared to the design request made by the customer.

Bad Quality Design
- Blurred image, botched design, or incomprehensible print on the product.

Overdue
- The shipment does not reach you within the promised timeframe.

Damaged Product
- Product damaged on arrival – be it during the shipment, before, or while making the delivery.

MPORTANT NOTE
- Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

Refunds Policy
- In consideration of our substantial costs of production and shipping, we do not offer refunds in the case of defective products. Instead, we replace you products absolutely FREE OF COST.

How do i return an item?
- Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
- Only items purchased directly from our store will be accepted.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
- Returns made without receipt may be refused.

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product?

Please contact us to start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

What is our Return Policy?

Return Window: Returns must be shipped back to us within 20 days (USA) and within 30 days (Non USA) from the date you your package is delivered. We don’t accept returns or exchanges after the this time period.

Restocking Fee: We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders because all shirts are made to order. We can take back shirts that do not fit or you simply want to return with a $7 restocking fee. For hoodies the fee will be $15. (If the fault is ours, Damage, Wrong Product Sent, and so on on there will not be any restocking fee)

Who Is Responsible for Return Label? We will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. If you need a return label sent to you please contact us either by phone or email

How long is the returns process?: Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process you. Returns. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

When will i receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven’t received a credit for your return yet, here’s what to do:
- Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

Shipping charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable

What is our Exchange Policy?

Exchange Window: Exchanges must be returned to us before 20 days (USA) and before 30 days (Non USA) from the date you your package is delivered.

Exchange Process: In order to exchange please stating your reason for the exchange including new request for sizes and colors.

Package Includes: Included packing slip with all exchanges. Please state size you need with any notes you would like to add.

Exchange Guidelines: We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days. Once we receive your exchange any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to take 6-10 business days to reship.

If you need to exchange the design, style, or there is a price different of any product you will need to re order. Once that is done please send us a email stating your ordered with new and old order confirmation number and we will refund your original order not including shipping.

How do i change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. FOR RESIN ART NECKLACE FULFILLMENT

Cancellations & Exchanges:

- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. I make each piece to order by hand, so I am unable to cancel orders after production has started.

Returns:

- We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address

Refunds:

- In case of damaged replacement items, shipped to the wrong address or the picture is not as described we will replace the item or refund 100% base-cost for you Depends on the choice.

- For US orders fulfilled , if 45 business days since the time the order is fulfilled and fulfillment cost is paid but the order is not delivered, we will refund 100% base-cost for buyer.

- For EU & Wordwide orders fulfilled , if 60 business days since the time the order is fulfilled and fulfillment cost is paid but the order is not delivered, we will refund 100% base-cost for buyer.

- Any claims must be submitted within 60 days since the fulfillment cost is paid and the order is fulfilled. We won’t resolve any claim of order that is over 60 days.
