In our booth you’ll find quality made products that you’d be proud to own or gift to someone else. From jewelry, to artwork, to items reminiscent of yesteryear, you’ll find the things that memories are made of. We love assisting you in touching the lives of those you love and giving yourself special treats. Shipping policy

We ship within 3 to 14 business days depending on our variety of suppliers schedules, unless the particular item description says something different. We rarely keep stock on hand as it is expensive to purchase and house. We search for suppliers who have reasonable shipping times so that our customers’ wait time is not excessive. Holidays may take longer due to the shipping carriers’s time off.

We do allow for pick up at a mutually agreed upon location in the Cleveland, OH area. Please email us before purchase so arrangements can be made. We will reimburse you for shipping costs at the time of pick-up.

We do sell some items already in stock from time to time, and we ship within 2 business days of payment. If paying by check, we hold your item for 10 days until your check clears. We charge a fee of $35.00 for checks that bounce. It is much safer to use Paypal or Google for your purchase, and then there will be less problems. However, for your personal preference, we happily accept checks. We understand that some do not feel safe purchasing through internet means, and we have experience ourselves with the types of problems encountered in this manner. We DO understand … smile. If sending a check, please email us for an address to mail to.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

We only allow returns on damaged items or items lost in the mail over 30 days. We purchase insurance on all products shipped and will accept returns if damage occurs in the shipping process once it is out of our hands. Or if your package doesn’t arrive – please allow sufficient time for the shipping carrier to deliver – suggested time 30 days.

If you find damage or suspect loss in shipment please email Melanie at [email protected] or [email protected] and describe your situation. We will respond within 48 hours with an answer and further details.

Please know that we have shipped successfully all over the world, but there may be rare times when shipping problems have to be addressed. We want to be sure that all our Happy Family of Buyers are comfortable relying on Campbell Studio for their gift-giving needs. We will do what we can to make things right.

Miscellaneous details

We give 30 days to look your item over and decide to keep it. Usually return shipping is paid for by the buyer unless the shipping carrier damaged it. If you need to return, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we know the situation, we can advise you on how to receive a speedy resolution.

We take very good photos of our own products so if you look closely, you will be able to see what the item looks like in person.

Please Note: If you choose to use Paypal for payment, it may tack on extra shipping. If that happens, we WILL reimburse you for the extra amount that Bonanzle didn’t authorize. Paypal can be a bit juvenile at times and it gives no way for you to adjust your own shipping, so we will return the extra to you through Paypal. Google is much better at this if you’d rather not hassle with Paypal.
