Shipping policy
All of our items will be shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. We do not apply a wait period but we do operate several web sites and several auction pages. And we do everything by ourselves. Doing it all means we can keep pricing lower and offer you better deals. We will carefully inspect, process and package your order to ensure damage-free delivery.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsWe want you to be 100% happy. If anything went wrong in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours and we will correct any issue. Authorization is required for all returns. Returns must be made in original carton with all parts, accessories, documents and original packing materials otherwise, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking charge when items are returned with missing parts, accessories, documents, packing materials, etc. When returning, please have the courtesy to re-tape the carton properly. if you just dump it back into the outer carton without properly packaging the item and taping its carton shut, thereby increasing the possibility of damage, we will charge a restocking charge.
Any item affected by personal hygiene cannot be returned. Examples are clarinet and saxophone reeds, harmonicas and similar items.
