Confirmed transactions and orders are normally shipped within 48 hours via Standard Airmail Services, Shipping Upgrade via eExpress Airmail Service is available at US$5.00 supplement cost. Currently Shipping is taking much longer than normal times in these difficult Pandemic times, so we would appreciate if customers can be patient with their deliveries.

Return policy

Return is accepted only if item purchased is damaged or does not match the description of the listing, within a 30 Days period from receipt of your order. As your order is inclusive of Standard Shipping Cost in your purchase, hence a 20% of your purchase cost in not refundable.

There may be items in our Booth that does not accept return or exchanges, please refer to Description of Listing as indicated.

For Example : Purchase of USD15.00 (FREE Standard Shipping)

Refund Amount for Returned Goods will be USD12.00 (after Standard Shipping Cost is deducted).

Postage for Returned items will be responsible by the customer, we DO NOT provide Return Shipping Postage.
