Shipping policy
All of our items are handmade when ordered. We will create your special item and ship within 10-14 days. We normally ship by UPS.

Partial refund available within 30 daysReturns accepted if the item is not as described or no longer wanted. Buyer pays return shipping, or we will provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost of that return shipping label.
