Shipping policy
Standard DVD’s and Blu-rays are shipped inside kraft bubble mailers to reduce the risk of freight damage. Orders received before 2:00 pm PST are shipped out within 2 business days. The cost of shipping regular DVD’s and Blu-rays domestically has been factored into our pricing structure. For Canadian customers therefore, unless otherwise noted, the listed price includes shipping. The breakdown is about $3.50 CDN for bubble mailers, stationary, postage, and taxes. For shipping regular DVD’s or Blu-rays to the United States the postage and handling charge is a flat rate of $5.27 CDN, shipped via Canada Post using air mail delivery. The shipping of items larger than a 14mm DVD case, (ie. box sets, seasons, etc.) may incur additional freight charges, and will be noted in the description details. This applies to both Canadian and USA customers.
