1. For shipping we use DHL & FedEx
2. Export packing sealed wooden, crate with foam plastic straps outside.
3. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. We are unable to ship to a PO Box address & for Russia, Brazil country we need firm entity name or business name parcel will not go to individuals name. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 days1. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
