Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Over the last 10 years I have been selling online and have sold over 3,000 items. Super speedy shipping – I ship directly from my shop 6 days a week – typically THE DAY YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

Forsythia Hill Vintage currently accepts Paypal. You may use a credit card on paypal without creating a paypal account.

VA RESIDENTS: If your mailing address is in Virginia, the state requires I collect a 5% sales tax fee. This will automatically be added to your order.

CHARLOTTESVILLE RESIDENTS: If you are local, I’m happy to meet you with your items to forgo shipping fees. Contact me prior to checkout.

Shipping policy

We offer extremely speedy shipping. Your item will be shipped immediately after payment has cleared, typically that same day. To keep shipping costs down, items are shipped usually the most economical route, USPS First Class Mail. When your order has been shipped, you will ALWAYS be notified that it is FAST on its way.

Please contact me prior to checkout if you like an item but feel the shipping is prohibitive. It may be that I can reduce shipping once I am given your exact mailing address. Save on shipping fees when you order two or more items. It will automatically be calculated for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING: International orders will be shipped USPS First Class. The buyer is responsible for paying all international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees.

This is a lot to digest, but typical shipping is SIMPLE and no thought on your part is required, just select your items and we will do the rest!

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

We will refund the price of the item after we have received the returned item in the exact condition it was shipped. Shipping fees are not refundable.
