If you are like me then I presume you appreciate, in addition to the promise of quality product, well-honed customer service. Being of retirement age, you develop an appreciation for those things in life that cost nothing, but mean so very much. Sellers’ price as they are able, based upon market and cost. Buyers, subsequently, choose the supplier, based upon their prioritized criteria. What costs the Seller nothing is the provision of  dedicated, meaningful customer service. This is my priority. Quality product is a given.

Despite my protests to the contrary, I have been told I am not perfect :).  I will always attempt to do my best. If you should have any questions with my inventory or with an order placed, please let’s talk. It is both my responsibility and pleasure.

I have recently started to enhance my inventory of used DVDs, especially focused on those items where the “new” condition price has become prohibitive. If the item is for yourself, why not indulge?  With the guaranty policy provided, items with issues can be returned. As is practical, I attempt to view all used DVDs prior to shipping. Many are from my private stock.

It would be appreciated if you could share your thoughts on your favorite movies. I will use that feedback as a source for further development of my inventory.
