Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days after being placed and confirmation of payment;
Items paid for with USPS money order or check will be held until payment has cleared (minimum of 10 business days).
Items are well packed for protection during shipment.
Shipping charge may include some or all of the following: carrier charge based on weight, dimensions and destination of package; insurance; delivery/signature confirmation fee; costs of shipping carton and padding/filling materials, label purchase fees.

Return policy

Most of my items are brand new, direct from the manufacturer. Most of my listings provide photos of the actual items. Used items have any known flaws/defects/damage disclosed in their descriptions. Therefore, I do not accept returns except for an error on my part (e.g., I shipped the wrong item).
My shipments are insured. Should your purchase be lost or damaged in shipment, you will need to cooperate in the filing and completion of insurance claims. (This may require you to take the damaged item(s) to the carrier’s location for their inspection.) When the insurance claim has been completed and I have received reimbursement, you will be refunded your purchase price.
