Farfan Entertainment is a small family business located in Indiana, U.S.A. We have been selling online for over 7 years in other important online venues. Our items are 100% original and locally acquired. All of our orders are shipped with care, in protective boxes and with tracking numbers.
We usually ship our orders the next business day, sometimes the very same day if possible. Please note that we mostly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our items. Normally we DO NOT ship on Saturdays unless there is a special request.

Most orders are shipped the next business day with tracking number using mostly USPS as the main Carrier. All orders are shipped in boxes to prevent damage.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsIMPORTANT: Please note that some items listed here are not returnable and sales are finals.
If a return option is mentioned in any of our listings you can initiate a return for most NEW and UNOPENED items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in NEW or UNUSED/UNOPENED condition with all original materials included with the shipment. A minimum 20% Re-Stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee can be higher ( up to 50%) if item returned has been damaged/altered/opened by the customer or during transit by the Carrier. Once we verify that items are in new/unused/unopened condition, a refund will be issued within 48 hrs.
Shipping/handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is because any error on our behalf. You do not need to include any documentation.
