Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

It doesn’t matter if the piece is signed or unsigned, its a work of art made with love and a sense of pride. I take good pictures and show any faults. With the exception of some newer pieces, all of these older pieces are authentic and not a reproduction. PLEASE NOTE: I do not clean the jewelry pieces, that is left up to the buyer’s discretion, also, there are always sale items here.

Shipping policy

Shipping: On all purchases the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. International buyers accept the responsibility of all customs and duties, please, do not ask that the price of the item be altered. Additional shipping charges may be required. International orders are to be paid by money order in U.S. dollars.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

Returns: All items shipped out of the United States are non refundable and for U.S. buyers, if the item was damaged during shipping, the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork. The item must be returned to Elegance at a Glance within 5 business days of receiving your order. Elegance at a Glance must receive the returned item in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A credit will be applied to your Paypal account minus the shipping cost. Checks will be held for 10 days to give the check time to clear, return fees may vary bank to bank.
