Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Everything that has a brand name is Authentic, and Genuine. All merchandise are either acquired directly from the brands’ warehouses in U.S., or from high-end departmental stores in U.S., or the brands’ boutiques in U.S.

If you are new to this website, and is not comfortable in purchasing, please do not compel yourself to do so.

I’ve been selling on Ebay for a while, and because as a seller, I am coming to dislike the way they charge seller fees both on Ebay as well as their sub company, PayPal, I decided to try out this website, since the more fees they tag on sellers, the more the sellers have to sell @ higher prices in order to just make ends meet for all these high-end branded goods.

Shipping policy

All shipping charges shown on each listing reflects what is written below:

Shipping within U.S. is by either First Class Mail (for smaller pieces, eg. keyfobs, wallets, small jewelries), or Priority Mail for bigger pieces (eg. bags, shoes). All shipments will be insured by United States Postal Service.

For International shipments, smaller items will be mailed out by International First Class Mail w/ Registered Mail service (US$11.50 + actual postage of package). Transit time for this shipping method is between 6 – 20 business days, dependant on the work speed of both countries’ customs offices. For bigger items, shipping will be International Priority Mail w/ Insurance. Transit time for this method is 6 – 10 business days.

All stated transit times are given by United States Postal Service, which is not controlled by the seller.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

All items listed have no return policy, unless otherwise stated individually in the listings. Seller will only sell NEW items when the listing listed the items as NEW. If item is used, seller will always disclose that. If there is any broken parts on any item, seller will always disclose that. Seller will most of the time only list NEW, UNUSED, NEVER BEEN OPENED, UNTESTED, UN-SAMPLED items on “To Have N To Hold”. All handmade jewelries (american english)/jewelleries (british english) are made NEW, with NEW, NEVER BEEN USED parts.
