Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Welcome to our Bonanza store! We specialize in brand name and couture clothing, accessory and household item. Please add us to your favorite sellers list and visit us often for new items.

Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping: Orders can be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Mail with supplied Delivery Confirmation and tracking included (when applicable). Orders over 250.00 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Shipping: Orders are shipped via US Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation. NOTE: Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check w/your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying/bidding.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt. A refund/exchange will be given once item is returned in the same condition as was stated in the auction listing. For example, tags must remain on New with Tag (NWT) items. Refunds will not be issued for damaged items and/or damaged tags. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. All size exchanges on clothing are FREE to US customers.
