I ship from Estonia with Air Mail. Orders come in bubble envelopes. I do not use tracking number, as many postal services do not track packages even when they are sent with registered mail.

How fast is my order processed and shipped?
All orders ship without a tracking number. That way there is no signature necessary for receiving your order.
We are shipping from Europe, so it can take a bit of time for packages to arrive to US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Delivery times are about:
For Europe: 5-9 working days
For USA: 10-16 working days
For Canada: 12-20 working days
For Australia, Singapore & New Zealand: 12-20 working days
Do you offer tracking?
Unfortunately, many local post services do not offer tracking for packages from here, so tracking would only inform you when it left our country, but no when it enters yours or its later transit. We prefer to keep offering you free shipping for standard shipping instead of a more expensive and incomplete tracking.

Does it tarnish?
No, at least not easily nor quickly. We have tested each our products for a minimum of several months without any damage and kept only the suppliers able to offer the highest quality metals.
To prevent tarnishing, do not wear jewelry while swimming, using cosmetics, perfume; keep your jewelry in ziplock bags when not wearing it. We will include care tip in your package.
