Booth Details, Discounts, and Policies Return to booth

Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

USPS or UPS

We do not use other people’s shipping accounts.

We do not allow local pickup or delivery.

Combined shipping is available at our discretion based on actual package weight and value.

We are not responsible for service transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays. These transit times are estimates only – delivery is not guaranteed within this time frame. Please be aware that transit times vary, especially during peak periods.

Expedited Shipping Options

If you require guaranteed delivery service (US Destinations Only), please e-mail us for instructions.

Expedited Shipping is not Refundable.

Any package needing to be expedited must have a cleared payment before 12:00 PM Central Time. Anything processed after that time will ship the following business day.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to provide Combined Shipping for multiple items. Our combined shipping rates are based on actual total weight, value, and destination.

Combined shipping is offered at our discretion, as some items cannot be safely combined into one package.

If a product is found to be damaged or defective, please note Return Policy.

We do not guarantee compatibility with your equipment.

Compatibility of any product is the purchaser’s responsibility. Please read the product description carefully.

All specifications have been taken from the internet; therefore we do not warrant the accuracy of this information. If you have questions, please contact the product’s manufacturer before purchasing.

Please purchase only if you are serious about completing this transaction. All non-paying bidders are reported to eBay through the Resolution Center.

Return Policy

This item is being sold with a 14-Day Warranty against DOA.

Please contact us before returning product. Instructions for return will be given at that time.

Upon the product’s return, we will offer refund or replacement (if available). Return must include auction number in order to be processed.

All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded.

In accordance with PayPal’s Return Policy, purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.

International Buyers – Please Note

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. We ship internationally via USPS only. It may also be necessary for you to pick up your package at your local Post Office. Delivery times are only estimates.
