Shipping policy

Items are shipped from Turkey.

Your package will leave my shop on the next morning of your successfully cleared payment.

I ship via DHL and FEDEX throughout the world. It usually takes less then 5 working days for delivery.

Keep in mind that receiving dates may sometimes be delayed as there are things out of our control like holidays, weather and custom processing.

I will let you know of the tracking number of your package. You will be able to follow it on the web.

International items may be subject to custom processing and additional charges. Unfortunately I am not responsible for these fees as every country has its own rules. Custom fees are the buyers responsibility.

Please allow additional time if international delivery is subject to custom processing.

If you have any concerns about your package or if you do not receive it within 10 business days, please let me know and I will contact the delivery company on your behalf and inquire about its whereabouts.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

If you receive the item and are unhappy with it in any way, please contact me and we will work something out together so you end up a happy customer.

Refunds are acceptable if the item has not been used or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund, you have to contact me within 3 days after arrival of item. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID BY THE BUYER. After I receive the package, the item price will be refunded via PayPal.
