Shipping policy
All our items are dispatched Monday to Friday. Item will be dispatched once full payment is received. Payments received before 10 pm will be sent the Next working day.
we do send items internationally to Countries all over the World. Once the item leaves the UK it will be then passed on to your local Postal Service for delivery.
We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your Bonanza account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change your delivery address once you have paid for your order.

Your parcel will be despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery Service which takes 2-3 working days for arrival. If you would like your parcel faster than this you will have the option to upgrade your shipping service during checkout (additional costs will apply).
If your item has not arrived please Contact us and we can look into the issue, but please note that our couriers have a set timeframe in their terms and conditions before we can claim as the item lost. Please see below timeframes for lost item claims:

Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied and would like to return the item or items to us we will be happy to issue a refund, providing the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with all the original packaging and labels intact.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to let us know of your intention to return the item. We are unable to accept returns after the 30 day period has passed
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of receiving your returned item(s).
Refunds are issued via the same method originally used to pay for the item.
Buyer has to pay return postage if change mind if any fault then we pay return postage.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for a “Proof of postage” as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
International returns please note: If you are returning a product from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly stating the package contains “Returned Goods”.
when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
