Shipping policy

Shipping:

Antique Cupboard is dedicated to FAST & SAFE shipping. You can be assured that our experienced shipping team will securely and carefully package and ship your order so it is delivered safely to you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• Domestic shipping is FREE on all items.
• Most orders under $1000 will be shipped via USPS. Orders over $1000 will usually be shipped via UPS.
• Signature is required on all orders over $250.
• Our broad-coverage insurance covers all orders we ship.
• Actual shipping times may vary slightly. If we are doing an antique show and the item you ordered is packed in a case, we will notify you about the shipping delay.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: It is our pleasure to work daily with clients around the globe. We accept international orders from over 70 countries worldwide.

• The shipping charges only cover the shipping cost from the United States to your country. Any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office, postal office or local shipping office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
• We ship via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL and we can only ship to your registered shipping address. If you need to use another alternate shipper, please contact us with details prior to bidding and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping requests.
• Shipping Costs: Contact us if you have any questions.
• Customs: Please note that each international order will be insured and declared for the full value. We will state: “Housewares” on the customs declaration paper and use the appropriate code. Due to International trade laws, we cannot declare any shipment as a gift. If you have specific shipping requests, please email us prior to purchasing.

NOTE: In a rare instance of a typographical error on price or in a description, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Similarly, if an item is not available due to a stock discrepancy, we will refund your order.
