If your order didn’t work out for you we want to right that wrong. One of our top priorities is guaranteed, 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not totally satisfied with your order, simply email [email protected]. Make sure your subject line reads “returned item” with contact information and we’ll contact you within 24-48 hours to handle your return. If you are returning a product due to material defect, please note the specific defect in your email. You may request a replacement or a full refund, excluding shipping. Please note that in order for your return to be honored we must receive an email within 5 days of you receiving your order.
