Shipping policy
We ship our items within 3 business days ( if you’d like your item faster let us know so we can prioritize getting your item out to you ASAP).
We will always use the shipping service you choose (unless the shipping company’s policies don’t allow us to ship to you). If you’d like an item shipped a different way please let us know before you purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We handle our items with the utmost care and do our best to package them as safely as possible. If you’re dissatisfied with something please message us so we can try to resolve it for you.
Any damage in shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt, and all packaging materials must be retained in the event that the carrier needs to inspect it. Photos of the damage must be sent to us in order for us to initiate an insurance claim.
