Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Shipping policy
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours/1-2 business days after payment has posted to our Paypal account.
All pepper sauce products and pepper seeds will be shipped to you with United States Postal Service (USPS).
Note: We will only ship to the confirmed address as shown in PayPal.
If an item is shown as “Delivered” by the carrier and you didn’t get it there is absolutely nothing I can do. If your address and/or mailbox is not a secure place to receive packages then please choose a shipping method that requires a signature.
If you have any doubts about the safety of packages left at your home or place of work then please choose a shipping method that requires a signature for delivery!
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that it can be resolved promptly and efficiently.
