Shipping Time

• Items normally get shipped out in 1 business day.
• Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking).

  • International buyer’s please allow extra time for delivery, sometimes packages will be delayed in customs.

Delivery Time

Below is the approximate delivery time to different countries (just estimated, not guaranteed):
• 2-7 working days to buyer in USA

  • International Orders can take 3-6 weeks for delivery if they are delayed in customs.

Return/Exchange

• We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days of purchase date. Unless it is noted otherwise in the item description.
• Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
• We will process RMA within 1-2 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
• ALL NON SELLER MISTAKES will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.

  • All of our items have small unique identifiers and will be inspected upon receiving prior to any refund/ replacement being issued.
  • A tracking or delivery confirmation number must be provided when the item is shipped back.
  • Buyer must contact seller prior to returning item for instructions.

-New DVD’s are factory sealed and no returns will be accepted unless not as described in the listing description.

Some items sold “as is” will be noted as such in the description and no returns will be accepted for such items.
