Shipping policy
NOTE: USPS has increased shipping costs. All purchases are sent with a tracking number which protects both the buyer and seller. We do not make money from shipping costs. If multiple items are purchased, please wait for us to send you an updated invoice. Otherwise, if you did overpay for shipping, we will promptly issue you a refund for over payment. Thank you!
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysBuyers will be responsible for the cost and packaging of the returnd item(s). If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you.
Miscellaneous details
The United States Postal Service continues to be strained, and we realize the burden this puts on our customers. Delivery and scan delays persist, and we are monitoring not only the delays but ongoing negotiations in Washington. As a result, all items ordered will be shipped via FEDEX to your location.
