Shipping policy

Shipping Available in the Continental US Only

Packages will be Shipped with USPS, UPS or Fedex on Mon to Fri. All packages are well packed using plenty of packing material for items safe arrival. Sold items would be shipped in 1 to 5 business days after sale, unless otherwise advertised.

ADDRESS: Shipping address used will be as the one registered with Paypal where payment is accepted. It is not always possible to change a shipping address after the order has been processed and/or shipped. If the carrier allows a change of address after the package is in transit, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred.

NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: We are not responsible for delayed, lost , stolen or non deliverable packages for incorrect address or delivery issue. non deliverable packages (for wrong address) returned to us can be reshipped at the cost of buyer. Shipping charges are non refundable and non transferable. 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all accepted refunds, except for wrong item received.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: All packages are shipped with tracking number and at customer request delivery confirmation signature which is available at the carriers for an extra fee.
We at Poconos Company are not responsible for missing items (lost by carriers), you must contact carrier. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.

If the buyer received a wrong item the return costs will be at our expense . The right item will be shipped for free.

Only Returns accepted are:

1) Warranty available only as Advertised (see each item description)
2) Wrong Item Received (all merchandise)

3) Dead on Arrival (electronics and computers)

4) No Returns for DVDs, Blu Rays, CDs, Computer Software

5) – Computers presenting changed or altered software from the original installation settings are not covered by any warranty.

6) No Returns for Electronic & Electrical Parts

Items under warranty will be accepted as for warranty repair work or replacement only – no refunds

SERVICED ITEMS – We are specialized in Repairs and Restoration of Vintage Electronics and Computers
All equipment sold here is serviced and restored in our facility. This is done by fixing and restoring equipment to all technical functions including parts replacements, restorations, adjustments, rebuilding, cleaning and testing.
- We do not provide a list of work done for each items ( for all online sales ) except for repair services ordered by paying customers.
– All the serviced equipment that is for sale are guaranteed to be in good working conditions at the time of departure of our facility – the 14 days warranty apply Only as Repair or Replacement. For computers, software that has been changed or altered from the initial settings do to viruses or any external factors are not covered by any warranty.
- Prior to shipping, all equipment is tested on all functions to insure that are in good condition as advertised, we use quality packing for safe arriving, shipping carriers will be chosen between USPS, UPS, FEDEX. Items will be shipped from 24 to 72 hours after payment received.
