We will ship within 5 days of purchase. We will use the USPS flat rate boxes, that come with a tracking number.
Any return cost, will have to be paid by the customer. * Due to the personal nature of lashes and the Corona Virus, lashes cannot be returned as they can not be sold to any one else.

Return policy
Refunds are available. Within a week of purchase you must contact us for return procedures. If an item is received broken or damaged, you must send us a pic of the item and we will either replace or refund the item.
If you decide that you just don’t want an item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the item must be in perfect condition as it was received.
