Shipping policy
GENERAL
My shipping charges might seem to be a little higher than average. This is because I carefully wrap all items in tissue paper and bubble wrap, using cardboard where necessary for protection, then pack the item(s) in a box, filling in with styrofoam peanuts so that the box is filled completely. I pay extra for insurance when shipping via USPS. I also drive to the Post Office or UPS Store, drop off the package, and get a receipt to make sure the package enters the system.
DOMESTIC U.S.A.:
I generally specify flat rates for shipping. Smaller items are shipped via USPS. Larger items are shipped via UPS.
I will combine shipping charges if multiple items are ordered. Please contact me before ordering so I can create a combined item listing which contains adjusted pricing.
INTERNATIONAL:
Due to the complexity (customs forms, etc.) and especially cost (international shipping costs are more than double domestic costs), I ship only to domestic US locations at this time.
