Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

When possible, your items will be shipped via Priority Mail at no extra charge. Expected delivery is 8 to 15 days. (Exclude processing time). Otherwise, Regular Economy Shipping apply with delivery expected from 15 to 35 days. We provide free tracking for all purchases. Purchases above US$100 will have free insurance.

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs

For items selling at US$20 and below, we are sorry, but all purchases are final.

For all other items – Replacement or Refund only apply to defective or faulty items. Normally, we offer a free 1 to 1 replacement of the same item. On case be case basis, we can offer a partial refund up to 75% of the price instead.

To qualify for the 1 to 1 replacement or partial refund, customers must immediately, within 3 days of receipt of the defective item, email or message us describing the issue. We request that customer provide us a clear video showing the issue and ideally taken at close and medium distance. If we require a return (depending on the item purchased), we will inform customers and provide the return address. Please note return charges will be borne by customer. If customer do not wish to return the item, we can offer refund of up to 75% of the purchase value.
