Shipping policy
Once payment is received items will be shipped within 3-4 days.
Shipping will be done via India Post (Registered Mail) and a tracking number will be provided.
If you want Express shipping please contact me so I can calculate the Express shipping charge and get back to you.
Once shipped, it will take 5-20 days to reach depending on your location and courier service selected.
If there is a shipping delay and your shipment does not arrive within 15-20 days please contact me. Shipments may experience customs-related delays, in that case please get in touch with your Customs office.

Customs and import taxes imposed by your country (if applicable), are your responsibility.

Ship items back to me within 18 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 hour of purchase
CONDITIONS OF RETURN :
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom/ personalized orders or products on sale/discount are not eligible for returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Replacement or refund will be initiated only after receiving the returned item.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged:
Please contact me immediately and provide with pictures of the damaged item.
Ship the item back to me with a tracking code.
Refund/ Replacement will be made on receiving the item.
