I test and quality check items I sell to make sure buyers are happy with their purchase.
I work hard to ensure the information in my listings is as accurate as possible.
I know how important photos are to buyers so please review them, as I believe they are a crucial component to the condition of an item.
I over pack items to ensure they arrive in the condition buyers expect.
Items sold as new with tags or in original packaging must be returned in the same condition received to qualify for a full refund.
I respect and follow the selling platform’s online business policies.
I offer 30 day returns for buyers, unless an item is listed for “parts or repair” with no returns.
I have very few returns, but in the event that an “Item not as described” return is necessary, I ask that buyers follow the selling platform’s policy and upload photos of the issue so the return can be expedited as efficiently as possible.
I often upgrade shipping at my cost for buyers. For larger items I occasionally change shipping from USPS 2-3 Days to FedEx or UPS 2-3 Days in an effort to keep business costs low.
I will offer local pick-up for my items, so please message me if you are local. Payments for local pick-up must be made online. Depending on where we meet I reserve the right to charge a small fee for fuel & time.
If you are unable to pay for an item, please message me and ask me to cancel your order. This allows me to re-list the item for another buyer and prevents me from going through the unpaid item process.
