Product Warranty

Every product sold on this store is warrantied for 15 days from the date of Invoice and is guaranteed against DOA. Each and every product is tested and is in excellent condition when it is shipped.

Due to the nature of being pulled from a work environment, we cannot guarantee the longevity of the item’s parts and components beyond our 7 Day DOA Return Policy.

Please do your own Research/Investigation to ensure compatibility. Please do prior research online about the support OEM Driver towards your respective Operating System. We are not responsible for any form of Device, Network, Device Driver, OS or Software incompatibility.

We are not responsible nor allow returns for any damage or failure that occurs if you use any applications that stress-tests or overclocks.

Return Policy

Any Defective or DOA product should be reported within 7 days of receipt. KAGLOBAL reserve the right to provide replacement or refund.

The customer responsible for the condition and completeness of the returned product. Tracking information is required and product must be received within 7 days of authorization date. Returns will be void if these conditions are not met.

Refund will be issued upon return of item and inspection by our Technician. Any abusive attempts to claim warranty will void all warranty & guarantee terms.

The returned product must be same as shipped and must pass product and components verification test. Any non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

We securely package our products and pay attention to details. If there is major physically damaged to the package at the time of delivery, reject the shipment and notify us immediately. Also there are minor damages to the packaging due normal shipping conditions accept the package but request the Mailman or Driver to note before signing or accepted.
