Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

I’ve been selling on Bonanza since 2009 under MommyOf2QTs. This is my fifth booth featuring products to make you smell good! In addition to this booth and MommyOf2QTs, I also have MommyOf2QTsHandGels, MommyOf2QTsWaxWorks and MommyOf2QTsLipWorks. Please be sure to visit my other booths.

Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 3 business day however sometimes it may take a bit longer. I do not normally ship on weekends but if I get behind, I will ship on Saturdays.

Return policy

None: All purchases final

No returns accepted unless items are grossly misrepresented or other error on my part. Contact me to discuss before returning items.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
Refund given will be less original shipping cost.
—> Any refunds/cancellations not due to MY error, will be less payment processor’s fees (Paypal, Amazon Pay) which THEY now keep.

Miscellaneous details

Many products listed are “No Longer Available” from the manufacturer. In such cases, it is a given that products stocked were made before production ceased. All inventory is maintained at household temperatures, but aging does occur.

You order with the understanding if the product was discontinued, for example, two years ago, it’s AT LEAST that old. “It doesn’t seem the same” _or “It doesn’t smell like I remember” does not constitute a defect in the product. That is the nature of “No Longer Available” products.

Non smoking, pet friendly, home.

Refunds or cancellation that are not the result of MY error will be less original shipping AND the payment processor’s fee (i.e. Paypal or Amazon Pay). The payment processor keeps the fees and no longer returns them when a refund is issued.
