Shipping policy
We make every effort to ship items 24-48 hours following receipt of payment. Le Marrakech Store ships to your Paypal address, unless you specify otherwise! Please ensure that your Paypal account is accurate and up to date.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Shipments within Canada are sent via Canada Post standard mail as this is the most economical.
Orders shipped via Air will normally arrive within 2-5 business days from receipt of order.
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
SHIPPING WITHIN US
Shipments to the U.S. are sent via Canada Post (most economical) and should arrive within approx. 4-6 business days.
If you need your item in a shorter time, please let us know on the checkout process, an estimate of the cost of express shipping will be made available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments International orders (small packet) via air mail should arrive within approx. 6-10 business days.
Orders shipped via Surface will normally arrive within 6-8 business weeks from receipt of order.
For Australian, UK and European customers we are doing our best effort to get your orders ready, but shipping by surface takes time…please be patient as good things are worth the wait.
International Shipments are sent via Canada Post standard shipping as this is the most economical, however this does NOT include Tracking. This means that once we ship your package we have no further information about its whereabouts. If you wish to upgrade to priority mail which includes Tracking and Faster delivery, kindly email us, and we will send you several shipping options and rates for you to choose from.
Shipping costs do not include any duties levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsIf the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time of delivery, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason upon receiving it or if the merchandise is not what you ordered, return the merchandise for refund, simply ship us your purchase in its original packaging.
You have seven days to return an item. Buyer is responsible for any fees associated with return shipping..
What happens to my order if it can’t be delivered and is returned to Le Marrakech Store?
All shipments returned to Le Marrakech Store are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts.
When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur reshipment fees that are the same as Le Marrakech Store regular shipping fees.
