I’m a well known decorative porcelain artist, my work is represented in galleries and gift shops in Colorado. Porcelain artists use overglaze to paint our designs on a glazed surface which are then kiln fired for permanence. Porcelain is the most durable of ceramic materials. Shipping policy
I ship via USPS economy shipping, I do NOT refund any shipping fees for any reason. Made to order items require 1-3 days lead time.
Return policy
Full refund available for DOAsI do not accept returns of any customized items, unless an incorrect customization was a result of MY error. I DO refund purchase price only of an item that arrives damaged in the original box. Notification of damage must be given within 24 hours of receipt. I do NOT refund any shipping fees for any reason.
