Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two or four weeks after dispatch (for orders sent by Korea Post & USPS & Other National Post Office).

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund.

Returns will only be accepted if product is in the ORIGINAL condition (new, unused and unwashed) with product tags attached in the original packaging. (If tags are unattached but still included in the returns, we will provide a partial refund)

Products CANNNOT be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of the original order.

Once return is received and inspected, a full refund is initiated immediately. We will send you a message once we have completed the refund process.

The Buyer is responsible for all back and forth shipping fares for returns or exchanges.
