All items $100 or greater ship standard (1-5 business days) for FREE unless specified otherwise on the item page.

We purchase complimentary shipping insurance for breakable and valuable items to protect your order during transit. This insurance requires no additional action by the customer.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of order confirmation. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY BEFORE SHIPPING at ( 847 ) 839 – 9500 to initiate the return process. Ensure that the item is securely double boxed and is shipped as registered U.S. mail with both insurance and signature confirmation required upon delivery. We will issue a full refund upon receiving the item back in the same condition in which it was sent. Thank you.
