We offer free shipping to international and ship within 3-7 business days after payment received, usually sooner.
We work with several production partners, we strike for FAST worldwide delivery, therefore If you place an order with different type of item from our Bonanza Store, we might not deliver with same shipment package.

1) Shipping to USA by USPS Service Partner courier. – within 15-25days (Depend on Courier Service, Custom Clearance and Weather)
2) International Shipping will be deliver within 25-30days from our production partner (Depend on Courier Service, Custom Clearance and Weather).
We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like Covid-19 Pandemic, weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.it may resulting delay 1-2weeks lead time.
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We charge buyer for the purchase price only. Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by buyer.

We do not accept return once order dispatched and delivered unless item damaged or inoperable when receive by Buyer.
We offer a 1-1 replacement or full refund on items which you are not completely satisfied with the product WHICH CAUSED by item defect when receive or damaged or inoperable.
Items defective upon received must be returned in their original packaging and take the photo as a proof and message us immediately within 3days.
we have a right to reject the claim after 3days item delivered. Please do check your item once received. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
