Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days not counting the day the order was placed.
- Generally speaking, we process and ship within one day and make every effort to do so.
- Should there be a delay in your order, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
- All customers receive their shipping tracking numbers in order to monitor the progress of their order.
- No order will be shipped until payment in full in full has been received and verified.
Unless otherwise requested, your purchase will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground with insurance against loss or damage while in transit. Most larger items and those west of the Mississippi River are shipped via UPS which does not accept PO Box numbers.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have the resources to ship outside the continental US.

Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsAll of our merchandise is in excellent condition. We do not sell anything that is in disrepair. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 24 hours of delivery, we will gladly take it back. Items that have been damaged in transit will require pictures to make our claim to the shipper.
All orders are shipped with insurance against loss or damage while in transit. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground for our shipments. Should your order be received in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We need pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS. You will be refunded in full, including postage, for any merchandise damaged while in transit; you will not be expected to wait for a UPS refund.
