Booth overview

Since 1991, our motto has been: The store that cares about you. Our growth can be attributed to giving customers personal attention, offering product discounts, and increasing our product selection to meet customers’ needs. We offer free seminars, demonstrations, health fairs, samples, literature, and nutritional consultations. Our store staff includes two Nutritionists, a Registered Nurse/Holistic Health Practitioner, and a Naturopathic Health Practitioner. Our online presence has grown into 25% of our total business. We have applied our experience with education and customer service to the online platform and are growing exponentially every year.

Shipping policy

We do not ship internationally. We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders with U.S. zip codes including US territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island) and APO/FPO addresses. Same-day shipping is guaranteed when orders are placed before 11:00 a.m. (EST) Monday through Saturday except during US holidays when orders will be shipped the following work day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m (EST) Monday through Saturday will be shipped the following work day.

Packages with a total weight less than one pound ships USPS First Class (3-5 Day) with a USPS Priority (1-3 Day) option for $3.50. Packages weighing more than one pound ship USPS Priority (1-3 Day) included in the price of the item. FedEx One Rate 2 day may get used in certain zip codes for Priority/Express packages.

During summer months, we recommend ordering refrigerated probiotics Sunday through Wednesday only for arrival before or on Saturday.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in-person or via a return shipment no later than 30-days from the date of purchase. A refund of 70% of the purchase price is given for opened products or those returned after 30-days from date of purchase. A copy of the receipt is required for either refund. No returns are accepted for refrigerated probiotics, professionals brands, or health and beauty products.
