Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

RETURN POLICY
Which items may be returned?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Most refunds are processed within one business day after we receive your return. Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale, with original tags and packaging.

Restocking Fee Policy:
Items that are returned in a damaged state, with missing parts, not in their original condition, or with obvious signs of use are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee, and the buyer will not be refunded for initial shipping fees. In addition, such buyers will be reported as acting in violation of Bonanza and PayPal return policies.

What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?
We stand behind our products 100%. In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will refund the full original amount of your order upon receipt of the wrong or defective item.

Pre-paid labels are provided as a convenience for discretionary returns. Please note that the cost of pre-paid labels may be deducted from your refund for discretionary return orders. In addition, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
