Postage and handling will not be refunded.Handling charge of 15% is applied to all orders that are returned other than defective items. Refund will be processed when returned item is received back in the same condition it was shipped. Must contact within 5 days of receipt. Non US customers are responsible for any taxes or duty charges from their country – we will not refund any of those charges.
