Hello. My name is Sharon Gale, owner of Empress Depot.

I am a site that resides and operates within the United States. Nice to meet you!

SUPER SHIPPING SAVINGS ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES. Pay the highest shipping price for the first listing. Each listing after that ships free within the USA.

I sell hosiery, jewelry, holiday and more. ALL quality items, accurate descriptions, great turn around time in communication and shipping. Only the best for my customers.

It is very important to Empress Depot to reveal all conditions of a product to a shopper.

Empress Depot is a secondary market dealer. And therefore, is not affiliated with any of the brands or companies.

RETURN POLICY

If your purchase arrived damaged in the mail or not as described, returns are accepted within 7 days from the time that you received your package to include a complete refund on the product price and shipping expenses.

Step one: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days from receipt of your package explaining the reason (s) for the return.

Step two: Include your name and the product you wish to return in the email. We only ask that 1 photo be included in the email in the case of a damaged product. You will receive a response within 24 hours acknowledging your email. We will send your shipping label via email as UPS postage and will include in the email what day the UPS is set to pick up your package.

Step three: Once you have received the label, package the product securely by using the same packing technique as how you received the package, making sure to use the original box and original packing materials. Securely tape the shipping label to the exterior top of the box. Any fragile products will require the word “Fragile” to be placed on the outside of the box.

Step four: Once the package is ready for UPS for the date we specified to you, please bring your box to any UPS drop off location. It is important to use the same box and packing materials. In not doing so, this would change the information that we have to give UPS.

Step five: Upon receipt of your package, we will provide a refund through Paypal within 1 business day. This refund will include the price for the product and any original shipping expenses. Note that all original tags and paperwork that originally accompanied the item upon arrival to you should be included in the return package in order for this return policy to apply.

It is totally our concern to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] making sure to put Return in the subject line if there should be a problem.

All sales are final unless the item (s) arrived damaged or not as described.
Limitation of Liability:

WHERE APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE OTHERWISE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO US IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF EARNINGS ETC.


PAYMENT

Empress Depot accepts Amazon and Stripe. I also accept Paypal as a gateway for buyers to make purchases. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via your debit card or credit card. Once you have added the listing to your cart and filled in the proper areas, there will be a button so that you will be taken to Paypal in order to checkout and then to return to Bonanza.


PRIVACY NOTICE:

Sharon Gale is the sole owner of Empress Depot. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give to me via email or other direct contact from you or once a purchase has been made. Empress Depot will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. I will not share your information with any third party outside of the Empress Depot organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

UNITED STATES: For the USA, combined shipping is pre-set within Empress Depot so that buyers can make multiple purchases and proceed to checkout without having to make contact for a combined shipping quote (unless, of course, you want to make contact).

I ship via ground advantage mail, a 2-to-5 business day delivery to you.

Additionally, Empress Depot will ship the most economical way. On rare occasions, it may be necessary to ship your items in more than one box in which Empress Depot will always make contact about this prior to shipment.

If you should need a package shipped using a faster shipping method, I can also do a shipping upgrade. Just email ahead of time for an upgraded shipping quote.

Packages to the USA ship with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL: Empress Depot does not ship internationally at this time.

UNITED STATES:
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY-

Products are normally delivered within the number of working days shown within each listing. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. There are reasons beyond my control that a package will be delayed such as inclement weather conditions and holidays.
